Endeavour’s annual, state-wide celebration of the lives and achievements of people with a disability was held on the first day of Spring, 1 September, 2006.

Her Excellency, Ms Quentin Bryce AC, launched the day at the Windsor Day Centre on Monday 28 August.

The first celebration of Daisy for Disability Day in 2005 was a great success, significantly exceeding our expectations. Endeavour Patron, the Governor of Queensland, Her Excellency Ms Quentin Bryce AC, launched the day at the Kingaroy Business Service, with families, friends, supporters, and clients attending the formal function.
